Holiday Market Vendor Rules and Regulations
Booths will be assigned. EYNC reserves the right to assign vendor spaces or change them if it is in the best interest of the event. Booths will be located in the Assembly Building, in the courtyard, and on the covered porch of Assembly Building.
All booth spaces are 6ft table space. We will provide your table, however, please provide your own table coverings. Chairs will also be provided as well as available volunteers to help with set-up and take down.
This event will go on rain or shine.
Canopies must have a certified fire-retardant top that is compliant with Title 19, CPAI-84 & NFPA 701. Weights must anchor the frame system for safety and durability.
EYNC staff reserve the right to prohibit the service of any item or items not identified in the vendor’s application.
This event will require some vendors to set up outdoors. Select the premium booth rate for a guaranteed space indoors.
No food or beverage can be sold or given away at your booth without pre-approval and appropriate permits.
EYNC is not responsible for any booth left unattended at any time.

Set-Up Information
Set-up will begin at 8:00am on Saturday, November 28th. Please check in with Elias or an EYNC volunteer when you arrive for your booth location and a parking pass for your vehicle.
The gate behind the dumpster will be open for you to pull up and unload (dumpster is located in the far-left end of the parking lot). Please pull all the way down the road past both the buildings and park just past the flagpole in the gravel.
On the day of the market, vendor vehicles must be parked away from the event area in the EYNC parking lot by 9:00am. All vendors must be ready by 9:30am.
Vendors may not begin taking down their booth until the event ends at 3pm. Vendors must clean their space and dispose of any garbage.
If it’s been a while since you’ve visited the center, make sure to arrive at the entrance of Ancil Hoffman Park on Tarshes and California or enter 5700 Tarshes Drive into your GPS.
